The Municipal Court has jurisdiction over traffic and municipal ordinance violations in the Village of Baldwin written by the Baldwin Police Department. - If your citation(s) are written by WI State Patrol, or by the St. Croix County Sheriffs Department, your citation(s) are sent to St. Croix County Circuit Court in Hudson, WI.
Court is held in person at the Village Municipal Building in the Board Room. If the box next to Appearance Required states "YES", then you are required to attend your court date and time.
*Payment(s) submitted prior to the court session will result in a plea of No Contest and you will be found Guilty.*
If you would like to reopen your case, please fill out the Reopen Request Form under Court Forms and return it to the Municipal Court office. Judge McGee will look over the request and it will need to be approved. There will be a fee to reopen your case.
If you are going to enter a plea of Not Guilty prior to your court date, please fill out the Not Guilty Plea Form under Court Forms and return it to the Municipal Court office in person, by mail or email.
