The Village Clerk's Office is the central location for questions, concerns and comments for village residents. The Village Clerk's office is staffed by two dedicated employees. Here residents will find information on elections, water/sewer payments and questions, bill payments, taxes and much more.
Village Clerk
The Village Clerk handles the following duties:
-Oversees all Village records including meeting minutes, resolutions, ordinances and other legal records.
-Administration of Oaths of Office for members of boards and commissions.
-Preparation and distribution of notification of all board meetings and committee meetings.
-Oversees Utility Billing Functions
-Process Freedom of Information requests that are received.
-Oversees Elections
-Oversees issuing of village permits and licenses.
