Attorney
The Village of Baldwin contracts with a private firm for legal services.
Bakke Norman Law Offices, New Richmond, represents the Village in all matters related to legal issues. Those issues may include zoning, planning, municipal court, employment issues, procedural issues etc.
The Village Attorney will typically attend all board meetings and other committee meetings as needed. He/she will also meet with staff regarding various issues when necessary.
