Baldwin History Room (located in the Baldwin Library - 400 Cedar St.)

A great place to learn about our past!  The Baldwin History Room provides the following:  

     Books about the history of Baldwin, St Croix County, and Wisconsin

     Historic editions of the Baldwin Bulletin
     Historic area maps and plat books
     Historic photograph collection, featuring Neevel Photographs
     Genealogical records
     Records of local businesses, churches, events, and organizations
     Inventory of Baldwin historic homes

Village of Baldwin Historic Preservation Committee

     The Village Board has appointed five community members to the Historic Preservation Committee.  These members appreciate and value the history of our community.  Their goal is to protect, preserve, and promote the cultural and historical resources of the Village of Baldwin and surrounding areas.

     View over 100 years of the Baldwin Bulletin.  Pages can be emailed, printed, or saved to a USB drive.

Research Assistance

     Local Historian, Leila Albert (715-222-9486), can assist with research, provide guidance in Baldwin History Room, and help answer questions about local history.
