Village Board Request Form

Citizens are welcome to present their concerns or questions to the Village Board. 

In order to be on the agenda for a board meeting, a request must be made to the Village Clerk.  The request form must be turned into the Village Clerk on or before the Thursday prior to the regularly scheduled meeting. The Village Clerk will review the request.  If appropriate, the request may be deferred and discussed at committee level.
