Elections - Absentee Voting

If a voter is unable or unwilling to vote in person on Election Day, a voter can vote by:

1).  Requesting a ballot on-line.  Visit www.myvote.wi.gov to request that an absentee ballot be sent by mail.  Photo ID is required to be uploaded at the time of the request.

2).  Requesting an absentee ballot by mail.  Using the form below, a request to have a ballot sent to the voter by mail can be made.  A photo ID is required to be included at the time of application.  Return paper application to the clerk's office.

3).  Voting in-person prior to the election.  The State of WI allows a voter to vote in-person beginning 14-days prior to the election.  Check the village calendar for dates and times that in-person voting is available.  A photo ID is required prior to receiving a ballot.
