Comprehensive Plan
The 2006-2026 Comprehensive Plan was created per State Statute 62.23, which states that all municipalities are to have a comprehensive plan in place to use as a guide for current needs and future growth.
The Comprehensive Plan was reviewed by the Village Administrator (during a pandemic and census year) and an addendum was created. The Plan was amended to update current census data points and to review and update the goals of each chapter. The Planning Commission and Village Board reviewed the addendum and approved it after public hearings were held.
Beginning in 2025, the Village Board to begin the process of a creating a long-range plan to encompass the next 20 years.
