ARE YOU A LANDLORD?
Avoid charges to your taxes for delinquent water/sewer bills not paid by your tenants. The list below offers suggestions that may help to minimize the transfer of arrearages to the tax roll.
SUMP PUMPS
Per state and local ordinances, no water shall be discharged from sump pumps into the Village's sanitary (sewer) system at any time. No water may be discharged into the street or storm sewer from Nov. 15 to the following April 15 of any given year. Penalties may apply for non-compliance.
