Operators License Applications (Regular/Temporary)

OPERATORS LICENSE APPLICATION:

This application is to be used by a business when a regular employee will be selling/serving beer or liquor at a licensed business in the Village. 

When the form is submitted to the Village Clerk's office, the police chief will review it and the Village Clerk/Deputy Clerk will approve or deny the issuance of the license.  The license issued by the Village of Baldwin is only valid within the Village limits and may not be used to work in another town or municipality. 

TEMPORARY OPERATORS LICENSE APPLICATION:

This application is to be used by a bona fide club/chamber for serving/selling beer/liquor at a one-time event.

The applications are required to be submitted at least 10 days prior to the next Village board meeting to get approval.
