Village Board Request

If you have a concern, question or issue that you would like the Village Board to address, a request form must be filled out and returned to the clerk's office.  After review, it may be deferred to committee level for initial discussion.

Village Committee Request

Annually, the Village Board appoints members to standing committees to discuss and resolve concerns from citizens and employees.  The standing committees include:

    Parks & Rec
    Streets & Building
    Ambulance
    Water & Sewer
    Public Safety & Personnel

Residents are welcome to meet with the committees and discuss thoughts, suggestions and concerns.  To be on a committee agenda, a request form must be filled out and returned to the clerk's office for review.  The committees meet as needed.
