Board of Review
The purpose of the Board of Review is to hear and rule on property tax assessment appeals. If you feel the assessment on your real property or personal property is inaccurate, you are encouraged to contact the village assessor to discuss your concerns. You have the right to meet with the Board of Review to discuss further. Please review the document "Board of Review Appeals Process" below before filling out the appeals form. If you have questions, please contact the village assessor or the village administrator/clerk-treasurer.
The Board of Review is composed of four appointed members including the Village Clerk, Village President and two members of the Village Board.
